Wade “making progress”
Wade’s status hasn’t changed, but he is getting closer to returning to the court.
The Heat guard missed his seventh game of the season Sunday, but Spoelstra revealed that Wade’s sprained right ankle was the only injury holding him out.
The 30-year-old’s bruised left foot and strained calf have healed.
“Those feel better,” Spoelstra said. “We’re making progress. It’s still day-to-day, but he’s getting considerably better.”
And for the concern surrounding a case of plantar fasciitis for Wade, Spoelstra shot that issue down, too.
“I think it was more of a concern from the outside than it was the trainers,” he said.
